It's Official

So - I got the official results online and I did the 5k in 39:47. I averaged a 12:50 pace. I am very happy and am still feeling good. I'm starting to feel it in the legs and back, but hopefully I'll be able to walk tomorrow. I'll probably do the 5k for a few more years and then consider the mini again. I enjoyed the three miles so much more. This time when people were saying "You're almost there." I thought - I am really almost there. I've done two miles and only have one more to go - awesome!
